I do not live in Lubbock, but needed to sell a property there. I met with Rose. She was so thorough in sharing her knowledge of the market and procedures. She helped me locate necessary vendors for required services from long distance. I still have a property in Lubbock. Rose is one in a billion. She is a very hard worker, she gets to know you on a personal level. Your wants and needs sorted out and prioritized. She makes sure she knows you so she can find your next home. It is a very tough market as houses go up and get taken down almost in a day. We only had a month to find our forever home and somehow we were able to find it, view it, put an offer and close in that same month. It is truly amazing how she puts you first. To her you’re not just another client, you’re a new friend. She was so positive and energetic that we never really lost hope. Rose, thank you for being there for us and thank you for blessing us. Rose is amazing! We had to quickly find a home in Lubbock while living hours away. Because of the tough market, we pretty much had no choice but to put in offers without looking at the homes in person. There’s no way we would have done that without Rose. We started offering our house "for sale by owner" 9 months before we actually planned to move out of Lubbock. After 6 months with one unacceptably low offer, we decided it was time to to get help. When Rose Hoeve walked through our door she brought a wealth of professional knowledge including pictures and prices of comparable homes on the market, do's and don'ts about selling your home, and steps for preparing to move on a weekly timeline. Her professional listing pictures were much better than our own, and she knew what was important in the listing. Within a few days she had the house listed, a week later she had a showing for realtors, and the following weekend an open house. Two days later she texted us while we were on vacation to say she had an offer. It was not what we had asked, but after a limited amount of negotiation, we agreed on a price that allowed us to walk away after closing costs and realtor's fees with more money than if we had succeeded in selling it ourselves. And it was so easy. Rose knew what we needed, she didn't pressure us in any way, and she walked us through every step of the process. She knows her business and kept us informed throughout.

Rose was very good to us she help us in many ways, if we didnt know something she help us understand every bit of she also told us what to do during the process an what not to do.
